I offer a 4 week hypnotherapy for insomnia programme to help you to improve your sleep, and therefore increase your wellbeing.

Firstly, I will work with you to uncover any subconscious factors that are influencing your sleep patterns. Then we will use this to develop a personalised hypnotherapy programme to improve your sleep.

Your hypnotherapy for insomnia programme will take you on a short but powerful journey to become a more regular and restful sleeper.

After completing the programme, you will leave with:

  • A hypnosis routine that will help you drift off to sleep every night

  • A sense of being relaxed, calm and in control
